
1/ Daily Interactivity
* Check emails regularly (and respond if needed)
* Check the platform one time a week (and give your opinions to the designer ;)
* Weekly meetings are normally scheduled on wednesday at 9 pm
* Punctuality for meetings (notify team leader in case of absence or delay (planned/unplanned))
* Read minutes and feed back particularly when we missed the meetings !
2/ Respect Deadlines:
* Minutes should be updated the next day after the meeting.
* Week report should be written every Sunday.
* The responsability of the writing for the minutes and week report will turn every week.
3/ Mutual Support:
* Work should be at most equally distributed among members depending on their current academical availibility
* Share your work with the whole team through reports and chats
* Offer his assistance to colleagues to solve problems
4/ Collaborative learning
* Team member should understand the general process of the modeling project and not only be focused on one part
* Then, all members should take the time to explain to his colleagues the methodology applied
5/ Have Fun and creativity in all approaches!
* Hydroeurope is more than engineering work, it's also a rich and cultural platform of cultural exchange in which we become the main actors to express the world diversity !
* Convivial atmosphere, creativity and cultural exchanges are the key concepts to communicate the fraternity of our team !
6/ Web Site Rules (Sam)
* Each member has a personal page on the web site. He can use this space freely.
* To upload files or contents on the web site, refer to the web site designer before, no one is supposed to delete or upload files without the agreement of the web site designer.
* To add files like minutes and daily/week reports, you need to send to the web site designer and to the secretary.
Little Exceptions:
* Simon.(Meeting Schedule/Decisional process) is directly co-responsable for the Decisional process page
* To correct small information like syntaxes or to deliver message on the wall, feel free!
7/ Remote dekstop platform Rules (Zoltan)
* Each member has a personal folder on the platform. He can use this space to archive his own files. Only the personal user can rewrite and delete the contents
* Two folders called Team7 and Archives are under the responsability of Zoltan, the data base manager.
* Never upload, overwrite, delete common files on the remote dekstop platform without the agreement of the data base manager
* To add files in the common folder, please send to Zoltan the files with the appropriate description
