HYDROEUROPE is a group project, so every member should and must be involved
Do your best and be punctual
This project is not only an engineering work; it has to be also a human and cultural exchange
The more you get involved the more you learn

Target

Decision making
Important decisions have to be taken during weekly online meetings.
In case of disagreement, a vote can be done.
If the vote is not enough, the team leader will decide
Decisions made during meetings are compulsory for all team members
Communication
The communication tools used by the group are:
E-mail
Skype
HYDROEUROPE communication platform
Check your mailbox every day
Read the emails sent by any member of the team and answer it ASAP.
Every member has to attend the weekly on-line meetings
If someone cannot attend one meeting, the other members should be warned in advance
Every member must read the reports published and give suggestions if necessary
During the face-to-face period, daily reports will be published every evening by the concerned member according to the defined schedule.
Project Progress
Each team member should read the instructions, tutorials and manuals available at the platform, in order to guaranty an efficient and correct job
Each sub-team must notify the progress of their assigned tasks and provide brief updates on their task through the weekly online meetings and reports.
All the files created should be available on the server
Keep your workspace in the remote desktop as clean as possible, so others can easily get some data from your work
Deadlines must be respected! Remember that another task needs your results to work
The sub-team who has performed the task will be responsible for writing the concerning part in the final report
Before modifying, erasing or editing any file on HYDROEUROPE platform, we ask the responsible of it

Team Structure
The structure of the team is pyramidal.
The responsibility of each part of the project is given to a subgroup
Each subgroup has a task leader responsible of managing the work
The team leader is in charge of supervising and facilitating the communication between the different sub-teams and task leaders in order to ensure the progress according the schedule, help and if is necessary, react by re-distributing tasks or adapting the schedule in case of problems.
The team leader should ensure the report edition and web actualization is done
