Team rules
- Each member tries to carry out of a fair part of the work. When a group is having difficulties to complete the task they are free to ask help to other members. Members take into account that sometimes it can be difficult to contribute due to other tasks/responsibilities which are not related to the project.
- To keep things organized, weekly reports should be presented to the group as soon as possible, and certainly at least one day before the next meeting.
- Online meetings take place each wednesday from 20:00 till 21:00, on Skype.
- The team is divided in groups with their own responsabilities (more details in the schedule, coordination tab). However, the team members are encouraged to to help other groups, or try some of their work by themselves.
- Each group writes a report of their results. This should be presented in a self-explaining way, understandable for someone not involved in the project.
- When changes are made in a report, the report should be sent to the original author (responsible) first, for avoiding mistakes, and to prevent that multiple persons upload and replace reports of each other. The initials of the original author should be included in filename.
