Friendly working and open minded discussions are the basis of our team work.
All the members of our team have to be involved in the common project. This means make their weekly assigned tasks and participate to the weekly meetings.
Weekly meeting takes places on Mondays at 19h30 until 21h00, using Skype. Punctuality and professionalism is required. All members have to give their opinion, point of view, ideas... Don't be shy :-)
People who can not be online for the weekly meeting have to let the team leader know.
Sharing information together and get involved is essential to improve the project and to improve ourselves at each step of the project. The members should become familiar with every step of the project, even if he/she is not the direct responsible for the task.
Everybody have to write few words about his weekly work in a word file. This will help the others to understand the work of everyone. All the files will be helpful for weekly and final reports. Be sure you have step-by-step details of all tasks available for compilation of the final report.
The weekly report has to be posted in the web-site every Sunday and must summarise the work progress and the encountered difficulties. Every week one or two members will be assigned to the weekly report
